Jeff created a pro forma budget for our special district in 2019 that ran through 2023. The budget predicted the operating costs of a to-be-built 15,000 square foot building, three new FTE, and a significantly altered operating budget. The pro forma was within $60,000 of our actual 2023 budget. In a nearly $2 million budget with significant unknowns Triple Point’s forecast was within 0.3% of actual. Triple Point gave us very accurate information for decision making.
