A baseline financial model and pro forma model will forecast different operating scenarios to improve business development. Variable tax revenue streams resulting from Tabor and Gallagher will be important considerations.
Triple Point is also advising the District on voter research as it seeks to understand public opinion of various business development scenarios mentioned above. The District has retained to Magellan Strategies to conduct a poll of the Gunnison County electorate to understand patron opinions and evaluate the potential for passing a mill levy increase on the November 2019 ballot.
