North Fork EMS seeks to further develop and advance its Community Paramedicine (CARES) and Medical Rides programs in a financially sustainable manner, retaining Triple Point to update its 2020 Community Health Needs Assessment of the North Fork Valley. The 2024 Assessment expanded on the scope of the 2020 report by identifying solutions to secure financial sustainability, recruit and effectively employ the next generation of providers, understand the unique needs of Spanish-speaking communities, and assess awareness.
