West Mountain Regional Housing Coalition (WMRHC) received an Innovative Housing Opportunities Program (IHOP) grant awarded by the Colorado Department of Local Affairs (DOLA) Division of Housing. The grant funds are for the purpose of evaluating the region’s housing needs and developing policy and regulatory strategies that advance affordable housing. Triple Point joined a team of consultants from Cappelli Consulting and led by Williford, LLC to conduct the study.
