Triple Point will lead a consulting team to develop an economic model of Gunnison County’s economy to quantify the magnitude and nature of historical change for the purpose of anticipating the future and thereby informing better decision and resource allocations. The model will be structured as a time-series model incorporating historical data for the purpose of quantifying trends and interrelationships between variables. The model will be structured to forecast alternative future development scenarios. The “people-jobs-housing” nexus is a model premise.
