Cipolla RV Park

Triple Point conducted an economic impact analysis of the proposed Cipolla Recreational Vehicle Park in Fruita, Colorado and the adjacent to Imondi Wake Zone, a globally recognized wakeboarding destination featuring a state-of-the-art cable system. The purpose of this analysis was to estimate the economic and fiscal impacts the park would have on the City of Fruita and Mesa County. These benefits arise from construction, operations, visitor spending, and increased public revenue from higher property values. The report supported a Conditional Use Permit application.
