Klutch Consultant LLC retained Triple Point to conduct a fiscal impact study of the Archwood Townhomes Preliminary Plan Application. The project is located in the Castle Valley Ranch planned unit development (PUD) subdivision in the Town of New Castle, Colorado. Klutch Consultant is proposing to develop 66 townhome units in the town.
