The Problem:
Illegal OHV riding on private and in environmentally sensitive areas within Yolo County has increased in recent years with expanding negative impacts.
The Solution:
Triple Point teamed up with SMG Consulting, Panorama Environmental and dirt bike legend Charles Halcomb to form OHV Partners and conduct an economic and environmental feasibility assessment for alternative OHV riding parks within Yolo County. A custom economic impact model of regional OHV riding in the regional was developed as part of the assessment.
The Result:
Yolo County Parks Department developed an informed strategy for developing OHV riding areas over time.
