Triple Point is working with Norris Design on behalf of Glasir Capital Partners to support redevelopment efforts in Arizona. The analysis includes a reserve study and financial proforma budget modeling to evaluate alternative scenarios.
Triple Point has been retained to analyze each of Region 10’s programs for its economic impact and estimate total impact by developing an IMPLAN model of the organization. This information will support community engagement and further financial development.
